Dobson & Bennett will provide informed advice to managers and staff across your business at all levels of seniority as well as liaise with external training providers and maintain these important relationships. We will be playing a vital role as we will be key point of contact for all senior stakeholders within the business as well as graduates throughout their seat rotations. We will innovate your L&D systems to improve efficiency and ensure attention to detail.
Our team will work closely with the HR Director and drive change by a "think outside-the-box" approach. We will be manage and assist you in building your organization’s talent management program by liaising with your national or international offices and the HR Director. We will teach them how to effectively manage and take ownership for the L&D budget.
