Cabramatta High School - we have visited this school, where 95% of students come from non-English speaking backgrounds, to speak to students about the school's support for sexual and gender diversity and for students from refugee backgrounds.
The Refugee Art Project We visit several times, joining an art class for female asylum seekers, meeting participants and organisers, and being welcomed with wonderful food.
A language class for Aboriginal people from the Wiradjuri nation. We talked with the teacher about indigenous language revitalisation and observed the class.
Settlement Services International We have met SSI staff on many occasions in different parts of Sydney to talk about support for refugees and asylum seekers, especially help with finding housing, training and assistance with finding employment, the role of case workers, and support with making applications for refugee status.
