Message of the Day

These won't occur daily, but they're similar to the old "login" messages you might see on some systems. The Deciduan HUD uses these messages to announce affiliated sims, reminders about the Deciduan groups, or other announcements.

The Deciduan HUD has a facility to present a message in local chat. When you receive your first HUD, all of the active announcements will appear within the first hour or two of use. After that they'll simply appear as reminders
