Sri B. Siddaramulu is the eighth sarpanth of D.Dharmaram village. Siddhaiah is a student of ZPHS D.Dharmaram. He worked as a private school teacher and had control ration shop. He worked as a private school teacher and had control ration shop. People at Dharmaram has high hopes on him as Sarpanch to support and develop the village. He has very good relationship with people and make him put on the top.He is active member of TRS. He mobilized most of the people to go forward and fight for the Telangan . Siddhaya provided a great support for Telangana Dhom Dham organized to support Telangana moment. "People called this as victory of Telangana in the village"

Sri Venkat Ram Reddy is the first sarpanth of D.Dharmaram village. Later Sri Vuduta Nagaiah was the sarpanch of the Dharmaram village. The third sarpanch of Dharmaram village is Sri P. Lachi Reddy. From TDP, Sri Vuduta Siddaiah was elected as sarpanch of Dharmaram. In the next elections Dharmaram village was given with SC reserved seat, Sri Masaipet Ramaiah worked about 5 years as sarpanch of Dharmaram. In the year 2001, Smt. V. Rajamani w/o of Sri Vuduta Siddaiah was elected as sixth Sarpanch of D.Dharmaram village. In 2005 elections, Sri. Ranga Goud was elected as sarpanch of Dharmaram from TRS. In 2013 Sarpanch elections, Sri B. Siddaramulu elected as eighth sarpanch of D.Dharmaram village.
