Hmmm, fraternal twins (?)
Those smiles at the very least look somewhat
similar. Matt likely gets his smile from his father and
uncle, Chris Derby; where and when, those southend-rooted
Derby smiles broadcast that let's have some fun/up to: that no-good look !
Check out the link below to see more potential resemblances for yourself:

It is worth noting Dave Schlueter was also an outstanding high school wrestler, earning a 25-2 win-lose record his senior year at Wahlert Catholic. Skeeter as well won his weight class among intramural wrestling while attending the University of Iowa.
After Palmer came another tough match
with Cedar Rapids in that same Fall of 2011:
The road to the Midwest Final Four for the 2011/12 season
was rooted in an October victory over a stellar Iowa City Side:

A Rugger's Sacred Vow:
The Rugger's Vow is a verse from the poem Invictus authored by English poet William Ernest Henley. The poem was first published in 1875 in England. Henley's fortitude to survive the loss of one leg to tuberculosis of the bone and his determination to not lose the other leg inspired him to write the following poem:
Invictus
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole.
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of cirumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unfraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
The Latin term Invictus is the equivalent of unconquered or undefeated in English.
Furthermore Nelson Mandela, who was tragically imprisoned for 27 years, found inspiration in the poem Invictus. He was finally released from incarceration in 1990 after political reform in the South African Government.
Mandela credits the poem Invictus that he scribbled on a piece of paper from memory to his long-term survival of a looming life-sentence.
Even with the passing of Mandella at age 95 in early December of 2013, Madiba's eternal spirit thrives in the beauty of those who know no surrender to the willful noncompliance of equality for All.
It was in 1995, Invictus helped inspire the South African National Team to defeat the New Zealand All Blacks in the Rugby World Cup held in South Africa; a movie related to all of the aforementioned is entitled: Invictus.
The Division III playoffs to the Midwest Final Four in Elkhart, Indiana

In the spring of 2012 the road to the Midwest Final Four
continued—an April victory over a hard knocking Rockford Side:
DBQ 32 Rockford 19
In mid April—the Gentlemen of Dubuque Rugby 2011/12
season ended in Elkhart Indiana with loses in the quarter finals to
the Saint Paul Jazz 36 to 12 and the Cleveland Eastern Suburbs 55 to 20
In view of the fact the season included victories over: Palmer B side, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Chicago Riot, & Rockford, well, again: those stellar teams considered, the Gentlemen provided clear evidence of spectacular rugby play and equally significant, showcased a team of DBQ Ruggers well-equipped to contend for a National Championship
Well done Gentlemen, Cheers !
