EPIC Character Release: Sagat HD SF2

Another Char I picked out of random. He based off of Street Fighter 2 HD Remix. So far, he's

my best AI Patch so far. He's Beast in singles and tough overall because of the damage he gives. Although,

he doesn't combo so much since he literally based off SF2 HD Remix. He can even take down just the toughest

of chars such as Guilty Gear.
