This guy in a wheelchair means business! "Don't judge a book by its cover" comes to play with Joe. He can do some serious damage if caught off guard. It's even worse if he has 2 bars of power or more.

Playstyle: Fast attacks and tends to use certain moves as a poke to keep you on guard. Avoid being in the air with him...
