I put more work on this patch than any other character I've done.
Oliver:
An epic characters with a bunch of tricks up his sleeves. Projectiles, Assists, Bunch of Hypers for every situation. Beware when his Power bar is at 3...
Playstyle: Keeps you on your toes and loves to charge his Power Bar a lot. He can use hypers correctly in any given situation.
