A. Most likely, the biggest mistake people make when creating an account is using characters that are not allowed. Only lowercase and numbers are allowed in your username.
A. It's likely that the servers may be down, but you should check that you're on a stable network first. Also, try relaunching the game if that helps.
In most cases, it means your level.json has some kind of problem. First, make sure the format is correct and you aren't forgetting any commas and such. If you can't exactly figure it out, ask on our discord server in #feedback-and-issues.

A. In that case, you need to extract it through file manager. First, open your file manager and go to your internal storage. You should see the folder "Cytoid". Click on it, and move the .cytoidlevel file into the file.
