How I treat my own wrist's pain
Most patients often asked me? “Cuong so who fix you when you are in pain?” So here it is, a few days ago I experienced this extreme “left wrist pain” that I could not even extend my left wrist. After I do a quick fix, it returned to normal and later all of a sudden it starts again and its cause me extreme pain when I try to extend my wrist. The pain felt like tendon pain.
Causes factors:
Self analysis of causes factors, due to low total calories intake afew days prior to current problems of extreme “left wrist pain”. Too much cold food and inadequate food sources that support the blood
Physical factor due to overused of wrist flexion muscles, “you can it the straw that broke the camel’s back”
Allowing cold to invaded feet and hands in the few days prior to the left wrist pain.
My symptoms:
Left hand colder than right hand
Left wrists pained come and go
Extreme tendon pained on minor extension, lateral movement, wrist rotation
No sign of swelling
So how I treat my own wrist’s pain?
Manipulated my left forearm, left chest muscles
Blood stop chest region/ arm
Gua sha chest/ shoulder/ most arm lines (to increase tissue perfusion, unblock arterial blood and chi flow)
Outcome:
Improvement so far is 30 – 40%, why so low? Because of blockage in blood and chi circulation in the left wrist, I need to consume more yang foods (earthy food) to tone the blood and I have to continue maintaining the opening of chest and arm regions so the left wrist blood and chi have continues normal flow. The outcome will be complete healing. Time frame should be within a week!
