The SECRET COMPARTMENT
If you think that there is not enough storange inside S2000 cabin - i bet you still haven't found the "Secret Compartment".
It's funny but most for new owners it take few weeks and even months to discover it.
How this situation could be avoided? The answer is simpel - RTFM !!!!!!
I agree its location is not conventional - but it's quite big and allows to pack a lot of stuff.

Fuel Filter
00-05 part number 17516-S2A-930
06+ part number 17516-SDC-E00
Fuel filter looks like a mesh sac that is attached to the fuel pump and sitting inside the fuel tank.
It's very difficult to replace and should be done only in a case fuel pressure drops below required minimum level.
Is the car using a lot more fuel than normal?
If the lambda or O2 sensor (these are the same thing!) is damaged then this can be the cause - the sensor will fail to a low voltage which tells the ECU its running lean - so the ECU pours more fuel in to try and compensate.
To check this your best bet is to use OBD-II scanner to go to a dealer with an ECU monitor and ask them to look at the lambda voltage at idle.
It should slowly bounce back and forth from 0- about 0.9 volts.
If it’s broken it will either be very sluggish (slow, lazy), or just not move at all! if this is the case then buy a new one and reset the ECU.

Radio head unit Code
Every time you unplug S2000 battery the radio head unit will require to enter a security code to unlock it.
Thank you Honda for thinking about us owners.
Although i can't imagine who would want to steel this crapy head unit - but now we owners have one more hassle to deal with.
Thank you Honda indeed :-(
Basically speaking you need to search the cabin for a sticker has two rows of codes.
The bottom row is your radio code. plain as day. five numbers, none of which can go above the number "5".
Honda puts the radio codes somehwere on every vehicle.
Start from looking at all storage compartments inside the cabin.
It only works on AP1's:
Turn off unit press and hold #1 & #6 presets while turning the radio on. the display toggles between 2 screens the first displays a U and the second screen an L.
Ignore the letters that's your units serial # Ex. U1234 L4321 your serial # is 12344321.
Honda just enters that on their puter and you have the antitheft code put in by Honda.
