Payment Schedule
$300 non refundable deposit due on booking
Remainder of rent due 2 weeks prior to arrival
All money must be received prior to being allowed access to the property. No cash transactions on-site. You are responsible for money transfer fees when making payments. Damage Deposit will be returned once the property has been assessed. The assessment may be as soon as you leave, or may be up to 2 weeks later, depending on when we are able to get up to the cottage, so please be patient!
