Assurance you have reviewed the information on this website
I will phone you to confirm/discuss and send you a rental agreement.
Once we have agreed verbally, the booking will be registered on the calendar when I receive the deposit.
Payment Schedule:
$250 non refundable deposit due on booking
Damage deposit $300 due one month prior to arrival - refundable (see the rates page for details)
Full rent due 2 weeks prior to arrival
Due to the off-line remote nature of the cottage, all financial arrangements must be completed before arrival. No financial transactions on site.
