This kata, sometimes spelled Jutte, is themed '10 Hands' to mean mastery over 10 men. Funakoshi Sensei called it Jitte, and also taught its Shailin temple sibling katas Jiin & Jion. Its origins are from Tomari-Te.
Note: Because of its overwhelming use in Wado techniques, if only one hand is mentioned, the other hand is performing a back hikite. Also, unless otherwise mentioned, all jun-tsukis are at the chudan (solar plexus) level.

Hajime.
Left step back, right shotei, left chudan shotei uke. Right zenkutsa dachi.
Right step forward, left sukami (grab) to your upper right bicep, then simultaneously do a left hikite, and right shotei. Left zenkutsa dachi.
Bring right hand to right ear, then step forward, right shotei. Right sheeko dachi.
Gedan kosa uke into double gedan uke. Left slipping sheeko dachi.
Chudan kosa uke into double soto uke. Left slipping sheeko dachi.
Right mawata double soto uke, twisting seiken upon finish. Left stepping sheeko dachi.
Left mawata double soto uke, twisting seiken upon finish. Right stepping sheeko dachi.
Right mawata double soto uke, twisting seiken upon finish. Left stepping sheeko dachi.
Relax to ready position. Double hachiji dachi.
Right shooto uke, left obi hikite. Right long neeko dachi.
Pull in to double obi hikites, then left tomoe zuki. Pull back into right seisan dachi.
