Breaking News (22.08.2024):1st of all, the competition is over.. congratulations and many thanks too all!Yes, chess friends actually (via current tourney), my goal was to test mainly Players, which prefer to play many various openings...and in the beginning..I started testing plenty of books, which preferred various opening lines...butAs you may noticed or not..situation was not acceptable (by my side) due toSince 2007: I don't allow my books to be Champs..once is enough..so later I Included other ones too, which prefer to play mainly the strongest trend lines!On other hand, this is nothing new, a similar record is happened: XXXVII too!E.g on those old times, SCCT book is played even via 10 Elo weaker engine!And it seems my non-tuned deep openings can be performed worse only vs Strong Trend hand-tuned deep books..if not...I have to use weaker engine/s.. And just a few words about current Number One (Titans 2024): Born to Win!It's based/tuned to prefer many Champions of 2024...so no BIG surprise thatTitans 2024's great lines are successful not only now..e.g proved many timesIn previous tours, sure OrgZ, Skynet plus many other ones are so strong too!    Meanwhile, No Book X is performed very good too!...and a few more details:    NoBook X is used a ultra-micro book, just to prefer (the lines) e4, d4, Nf3, c4    But via Black colors, it was out of book, I mean I did not include any opening..    Be aware too, as usually, it seems all stable..no any game to be lost on time!    And all of played tournament games are available (in PGN): B/N  CS XXXIV    Btw a tour with players, where theirs deep lines are non-hand tuned Results

      More Details (when the tour was active): • All the opening books are played via Incognito 5 Pro vs SF-CTG 150724  According to strength test: both Top engines are close in strength Results  Besides, theirs produced draw ratios (via Unique+Balsa) not so high 86%• In this new contest: all opening books are allowed (Public plus Private too)        • In case of interest, BIN + CTG book registrations are acceptable: Contact• By unknown required min 100 games (played on Lichess, Playchess etc)  This rule can be called VISA (against cheating..thanks for understanding)• As bonus, frequent authors are free to submit 2 (two) new opening books  To be more clear, both each other..have to be different (in playing styles)• Maximum book size limit rule: up to 5 (five) MB (uncompressed) allowed• Main Settings (for all participants): Book Depth 100 / Best Move Disabled   Exc. some Book Entrants are participated by Authors suggested settings  But in this tour: Best Move ON is not allowed at all..for more various lines  And to be book participant: minimum 4 (four) main openings are required,  E.g when Whites turn, such as: e4, d4, Nf3, c4 etc. have to be activated..  When as Blacks, authors are free, even single opening line is acceptable  And once more, it's a special CS.. where I test small books, which prefer  Various openings, otherwise if only TREND...would not be much boring?• Any Book Leader (after 1000 games per player..) will be titled as Champ• Current overall Draw-Ratio (based on 27000 games) a little bit high 92%  But with other strong 3800+ Elo engines: it's expecting much more draws• As usually, all of the played games are available (in PGN) B/N CS XXXIV    • For more detailed info about ongoing championship OpenChess and Goi33  32  31  30  29  28  27  26  LXVIII  LXVII  25  24  23  22  21 20 19  18  LXVI  17  16 15
