Calendar from 1978

Following the drawing from the previous year, Lorin Thompson was asked to create another calendar for 1978. Unlike the last calendar, this calendar surrounded two very large panoramic drawings by Thompson. Half of the year was on one side with a summer lake photo of the gang, and the other half was on the reverse side with the gang making a large "Snow Rick". Both images below expanded four pages of the magazine, so it was a bit of a chore to scan them individually and then edit them all together. Some matched up better than others, and that's an unfortunate problem with my scanner as I've documented before.

I've removed the calendar part as it was along the edges and its not the subject of this site.
