Pitt Live Video Conference CCA Marketing Workshop - February 6, 2019, 11:30 am - 1 pm
At this workshop, student teams had the opportunity to tune in from their schools via video conference and watch presentations relevant to their marketing projects from University of Pittsburgh faculty and country experts. Presentations focused on International Marketing, Doing Business in Japan and Experiences from a Japanese Graduate Business Student. Following the presentations, students had ample opportunity for Q&A with the presenters.

Prior to the Video Conference, students had the opportunity to watch a video on international marketing, prepared by a Katz professor. That video enabled a deeper discussion during the video conference that followed.

Students also enjoyed a lively exchange of Q&A with the University of Pittsburgh mentors, comprised of undergraduate business students and MBA students.

During this field trip, high school students and teachers had an opportunity to speak directly with people from São Paulo, Brazil. They also interacted directly with Chorus Call and Compunetix business employees and met staff from the University of Pittsburgh.

Brazil Today is a 1 credit course, consisting of 14 hours of classes over a weekend, with a major paper assignment to be completed for credit.
