Ice Box Drain

I found this neat little contraption at West Marine and it's made by Marine East. It's called an L-Head Thru-Hull.
I mounted this fitting on the side wall of the Ice Box near the bottom. Its unique design allows all the water to drain out. I ran a short piece of vinal tubing over to the sink drain and then put an "L" on the end to direct the water flow down toward the Gally Drain Funnel.
The addition of an inexpensive cork stopper keeps the cold water in until you are ready to dump it.
