Parts Caddy
Tin Cans...we all have one or two laying around the shop...full of all kinds of useful things. But if you are going to get serious about building stuff for your boat than this item is a necessity. I found mine at a local ACO for around $18.
This is where I keep all my brass and stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, and lockwashers. In addition I keep all my electrical connectors, brass hooks and just about any small left-over marine parts. Any time I come across a deal on stainless steel or brass hardware, I buy them and store them here.
