Barbican Centre trip

We took a group of students to the Barbican Centre on 2nd May to hear the Guildhall Gold Medal, a competition for conservatoire students from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where Grace and I and our deputy teachers studied. We thoroughly enjoyed Tchaikovsky and Liszt concertos by piano and violin students. It's great to hear performance at such a high standard to inspire and motivate us, and also just to be uplifted by the music as listeners.
