The following map represents the Callawassie Island Master Plan with respect to residential lots, with latest updates to reflect recent buy-backs of residential lots by the Community. Over the years, consolidations and buy-backs have reduced the number of lots from 739 to 713. The Master Plan from the Covenants, a working Plan from 1980, and the official PUD Document follow.

A corresponding line drawing (Click to View) shows the location of home sites planned early in development. Note the plans called for Dogwood to be an internal golf course, with condos along the marsh. A marina was planned for where the River Club is today. Many of the roads had different names and navigated different routes.
