Established in 2019, Beaufort Communities is a real estate office with Joseph Tatarski as broker in charge, with a focus to help folks find communities that match their upscale lifestyle. Joe Tatarski resides at Callawassie Island, in which he specializes.

The Beaufort Communities Office will remain active for the forseeable future. However, beginning in 2023, membership will be limited to the Beaufort-Jasper Association of Realtors and Lowcountry Regional MLS.
