Comparison of HHI Market Upscale Communities

The chart to the right shows a history of home sales in comparable communities in the HHI Market. After rekindling our marketing program in 2012, Callawassie has been doing well, especially compared to other communities requiring a Club Membership. Overall, these communities are losing share to communities with no/optional Club Memberships.
