Burden of Proof

This important legal term answers two key questions:

• Who has the responsibility to “prove” what is being argued in court… which side has to provide the evidence?
• “How much” does that side have to prove it… how convincing do the facts need to be?

We will also spend some time comparing Civil Law and Criminal Law.

This worksheet is a review of the case thus far, and applying them to the material today.
