El Proyecto Tisma: Política para dar apoyo material y financiero a proyectos en Tisma (in English below)
Acordado en Tisma y Bradford marzo 2019
Esta política se diseñó en Bradford y se aprobó en la reunión constitucional de fundación el 14 de marzo de 2019. Se aprobó en Tisma en marzo de 2019. Se revisará en cada reunión general anual de miembros.
1. La política se discutirá anualmente con el comité hermano del Proyecto en Tisma, y se tienen en cuenta las opiniones de ese comité.
2. Alrededor de octubre de cada año, el Proyecto Tisma en Bradford informará al comité hermano en Tisma del total de recursos que probablemente estarán disponibles para apoyar proyectos para el año calendario siguiente. Solicitará al comité hermano que proponga y justifique proyectos para usar esa cantidad de dinero.
3. Se favorece el apoyo a proyectos donde:
a. Hay beneficios evidentes para muchas personas.
b. Es probable que los beneficios sean duraderos.
c. Existe la posibilidad de establecer vínculos entre las personas en Tisma y en Bradford, y entre las organizaciones en Tisma y Bradford.
d. Se prefieren varios proyectos en lugar de un solo proyecto.
4. Cada proyecto requiere un contacto en Tisma y otro en Bradford que mantendrán una correspondencia sobre el proyecto e informarán a sus respectivos comités y miembros.
a. La correspondencia debe ser regular, quizás mensual, pero al menos dos veces en el año.
b. Los informes de Tisma incluirán preferiblemente fotos, noticias e historias personales que se pueden traducir y distribuir en Bradford.
c. Los resultados del proyecto (productos, calificaciones, artículos comprados, etc.) deben informarse antes de que finalice el año.
d. Los resultados del proyecto (qué ha logrado el proyecto, cómo ha afectado a las personas) también deben informarse.
5. Consideraremos proyectos de varios años, siempre que la propuesta del proyecto tenga objetivos programados para cada año y estos se cumplan, o tengan una buena razón para no hacerlo.
The Tisma Project: Policy for giving material and financial support to projects in Tisma (en Español arriba)

This policy has been devised in Bradford and approved at the founding constitutional meeting on 14th March 2019. It was approved in Tisma later in March 2019. It will be reviewed at each annual general meeting of members.
1. The policy will be discussed annually with the Project’s sister committee in Tisma, and that committee’s views taken into account.
2. Around October each year, the Tisma Project in Bradford will inform the link committee in Tisma of the total resources that are likely to be available to support projects for the following calendar year. It will request the link committee to propose and justify projects to use that amount of money.
3. Support for projects is favoured where:
a. There are evident benefits to many people.
b. The benefits are likely to be long-lasting.
c. There is potential for links between people in Tisma and in Bradford, and between organisations in Tisma and Bradford.
d. Several projects are preferred rather than a single project.
4. Each project requires a contact in Tisma and another in Bradford who will maintain a correspondence about the project and report to their respective committees and members.
e. The correspondence should be regular, perhaps monthly but at least twice in the year.
f. The reports from Tisma will preferably include photos, news and personal stories that can be translated and distributed in Bradford.
g. The outputs of the project (products, qualifications, items purchased etc) should be reported by the end of the year.
h. The outcomes of the project (what has the project achieved; how has it affected people) should also be reported.
5. We will consider multiple-year projects, providing the project proposal has timed targets for each year and these are met, or have good reason why not.
