4-5 hours on low in a slow cooker or 8-10 hours on high
Combine in a slow cooker. Place the onions on the bottom of the slow cooker, place meat on top, mix all other ingredients together and pour over the meat and onions, place the lid on the cooker and cook.
3 medium onions, cut in 8 wedges
8 beef short ribs (3-3 1/2 pounds)
1 large bay leaf
1 can 12 oz beer of choice
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. tomato sauce
2 tsp. beef bouilion granules
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
