Early Bird Registration prices have been extended to June 1st
The main conference will run from Thursday, July 25 through Monday, July 29, inclusive. For those attending the main conference only, plan to arrive at the venue by Wednesday, July 24 and to depart on Tuesday, July 30. We ask that all delegates stay at the Karibea Beach Hotel, where we have arranged for the most comfortable and economical Room & Board accommodations available in the area.
Note that there are several pre-conference workshops and field trips, and choices for a post-conference field trip, so consider these when making plans. Read through your options on the Field Trip Webpage and the Workshops webpage.
La conferencia principal se desarrollará desde el jueves 25 de julio hasta el lunes 29 de julio, incluyendo ambos días. Para quienes solo asistan a la conferencia principal, lo ideal es llegar al lugar el miércoles 24 de julio y partir el martes 30 de julio. Pedimos que todos los delegados de la conferencia se alojen con nosotros en el Karibea Beach Hotel, donde hemos conseguido las opciones de Alojamiento y Comida más cómodas y económicas de la zona.

All delegates, even couples that are sharing a room, should Register AND Pay for a Room and Board package separately. The metadata generated through these processes per person is needed on our end to make all the necessary arrangements.
Please note that pre-conference workshops, mid-conference field trips, and post-conference field trips are an additional cost.
A "carbon tax" of $10/person is included in these prices to be contributed to the Parc National de la Guadeloupe for local projects that mitigate negative climate change effects.
The Regular, Student or Local registration fees include attendance at all sessions and workshops during the main conference, a conference bag, program and other materials, welcome reception/dinner and coffee breaks, closing banquet, and shuttle service to and from the PTP airport.
Companion Registration is for adults who wish to attend social activities associated with the conference. Fee includes Welcome Reception, coffee breaks, Closing Banquet, and shuttle service to and from the PTP airport.
Adult companions (and any children) who do not wish to register will be considered traveling to Karibea Beach Hotel independently of the BirdsCaribbean conference, and will need to work with the management agency to mesh arrangements.
