B.K.Bhaumik comes across two researchers, Dr.Vikas C Baranwal and Shri Neelabh. Vikas hails from Department of Geology and Geophysics, IIT Kharagpur, India who was the boy behind finding "new high background radiation area, rich in thorium in the East Indian geothermal province". Neelabh from NCR is keen to study on cyber security aspects. His first paper in 40th IETE Mid-Term Symposium on 'Information and Communication Technologies' was much admired by all the great personalites present in the audience.
