Fellow of The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), India in 1995.

In 1998 American Biographical Institute (ABI), USA conferred him with 'Distinguished Leadership award' and 'Hall of Fame'.

In 2003 ABI included his biography in a book titled 'Great minds of 21st Century' and also nominated him to become a Secretary-General of the United Cultural Convention.

In 2006 ABI gave him 'World Medal of Freedom', a selection by the Governing Board of Editors of ABI to include him as one among 50 recipients world wide.

In 2009 ABI gave him a plaque inscribing "Gold Medal for India".

In 2010 IBC (International Biographical Centre, UK) included his biography in the 6th Edition of the publication '2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century'. IBC also desired to include the entry in the 7th Edition in 2011.

In 2010 Marquis Who's Who selected his biography for inclusion in 'Who's Who in the World 2011 (28th Edition)'. The same biography has also been selected for 2012 edition of Who's Who in the World. The 30th Pearl Anniversary Edition publishes the same reference in November 2012.

Award

Department of Atomic Energy, announces "Group Achievement Award 2010" for 'Management of Radiological Emergency at Mayapuri, Delhi' on 30th October, 2011. He is among 25 Officials awarded. It carries citation, medal and rupees 2 lakh to be shared among 25.
