Introduction:
The Black Death caused the death of about 25% of Europe’s population or about 75 million people. Here is a brief video providing an overview of the spread and impact of the plague. Black Death Video If the first link doesn’t work try this one.

As You read over the Text about the Black Death, answer the following questions:
Readings- 3-6, 11-12, 17, 30-33, and 42
Task 1- what were the causes and consequences of the plague?
Read Pages 3-6, 11-12 handouts 1.2 and 1.3
Answer the following Questions
Besides the fact of death itself, what other problems did the authors identify about the black death?
A multiple Features Map might be a good idea for organizing your ideas.
