How to Order a Custom Browband

What would be more special that a custom beaded browband to make you stand out from the crowd?

Order a custom beaded brow band for your horse!

OK... Here's how it works...

1. You will need to locate and purchase a leather bridle or headstall that suits your needs and fits your horse properly and remove the browband and measure it between the end loops. I will need length and width to determine a price and design a pattern.

1. E-mail me and tell me what sort of beadwork design you want - colors, style, size, etc... and we will work together to create a special design just for you. I will be happy to design some sample patterns and send them to you on approval, but very intricate designs, names and dates take more time to design and there may be an additional charge.
   1. Note that prices can range from $10/inch to $20/inch depending on size, style and type of beads and the size and style of browband as well as the method of application. By using size 15/0 beads I can make much more intricate designs and the effect is much smoother, but the cost is more as well, since the beads are much smaller, more expensive and harder to work with.

1. Send me the brow band you want beaded along with a 50% deposit (or total payment, if you want less delay when it's completed).
2. I will double check the measurements and create the beading and apply it to your tack.
3. (Nylon tack will have the beading securely glued AND hand-sewn directly to the tack. For leather tack I will make a soft leather sleeve that fits snugly around the browband and then anchor it through a few existing stitch holes. I will then securely glue AND sew the finished beading to the leather sleeve - in most cases the browband won't be damaged in any way - just in case you ever want to remove the beading later.)
1. When it is finished I will send you some pictures for approval and after the final payment clears my bank I will send it to you - ready to use and enjoy!

About payment :

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit sent with your tack - to order the beads and start the work. Turn around is usually about 2-4 weeks depending on my schedule.
