Disabling Return Receipt

1 - Enable Agents menu and go there:

View -> Advanced Menu

View -> Agents

2 - Create a new agent

New Agent

( Create -> Agent )

3 - Click right on the new form and select "Agent Properties"

Name: Disable Return Receipt

Shared: Check it.

Trigger -> On event: Before new mail arrives

4 - On the form, choice: Simple Action -> Add new action

Action: Modify Field

Modify by: Replacing

The value in field: ReturnReceipt

With the new value: 0

5 - Save and enable
