THESIS GOALS:
Most of competing theories of wage rigidity use observational data on pay rates and employment that reveal little about the institutions and motivations that explain wage behavior. In order to view deep insight of behavioral side of incentives, experimental data has been used.
Economic theory is based on incentives that people always respond to incentives. In my thesis experiment were designed to study incentives. Instead of relying solely on financial incentives, we have tested different kinds of (monetary and non-monetary) incentives and different remuneration modes.

AZ: I need to look at your data and figure out how to use sophisticated econometrics techniques for analysis. You are also suposed to be looking at Franses and Pap for econometric analysis of charitable contributions.
Current Projects:
Need to revise Charitable Contributions in Pakistan Effect of Culture for submission. Main issue is to do more econometric anlysis and downplay "culture" in revision.
Also working on completion of all papers in thesis.
