Active Member Requirements

The Active Member Requirements have been approved and are effective

October 1, 2015.

All members currently taking any class(es) at APUS are subject to the active member requirements. All members desiring to earn the privilege to purchase and subsequently wear Alpha Phi Sigma Regalia at Commencement must first complete the requirements of active membership, which is achieving two points resulting from member activity as annotated on the member activity log. The member activity log is to be submitted to the Kappa Kappa Chapter email, Attention: Chapter President no later than April 1^st of each year. The day after commencement, the requirements start over for the next year.

Members can access the Member Activity Log by clicking here. This log is also available on the Member Resources Page. Please download the fillable PDF form, and complete it. If additional pages are needed for all of your additional information, please attach them as a Word document with the member's name in the header. Upon reaching 2 points worth of service, submit it to the Chapter President along with your photographs and other attachments necessary for review and verification of the service.
