Activity: Create a Google Form assessing interest in students favorite food, genre of music, etc. Be sure that some questions are forced choice and some are open ended response. You can see my example survey here. Email 10 other students (and your teacher) in class to have everyone complete their peers surveys.

The survey should be long/thorough enough to cover your chosen survey topic, but short enough to keep it interesting. Likely 5+ questions. Use a variety of question formats, but use forced choice questions more prevalently over open-ended to ensure the data collected is easily measurable.

Be sure to create a New Spreadsheet as the Response Destination.

Save your Form as [Your Name] Sample Survey. Turn in the Live Google Form AND the Google Spreadsheet (Responses) to your teacher with the ability to edit upon completion.
