Presenting your Presentation:
To begin presenting, click the Present button in the top-right corner of the screen.Your presentation will open full-screen, starting from the slide you were just viewing. If you'd like to start your presentation from the beginning, click the drop-down arrow next to the "Present" button and select Present from beginning. Or, if you'd like to view the presentation in a new browser window instead of full-screen, click the drop-down arrow next to the "Present" button and select Present in new window.
To skip from one slide to the next, use the arrow keys on your keyboard or click the arrow icon in the gray bar at the bottom of your presentation. To close the presentation viewer, press the Esc key.
Publish a Presentation:
Publishing allows you to make your Google documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and drawings available to the whole world. Once you publish your document, spreadsheet, presentation, or drawing to a webpage, you get a URL that you can share with anyone you choose.
To publish any of your items, just follow these steps:
Open the item you'd like to publish.
From the File menu, select Publish to the Web....
Click the Start publishing button. A link to the published item appears in the publishing dialog.
Send this link to anyone you'd like to access your item.
