I hope that you find my evaluation tools to be helpful in navigating the seemingly endless components and elements of evaluation.
I am continuing to create, modify, and add tools for novice beginners to advanced professionals.
PLEASE NOTE - All documents are created in Microsoft Word, you will need to download the documents to properly view all of the proper margins and settings.
This tool assigns numerical values to each rating of Unsatisfactory, Basis, Proficient and Distinguished for each of the 75 elements. Then each component is added together and then each Domain. There is even an area to note whether there was "no evidence" given or observed.
This way you can FIRST, assign a NON-BIASED rating to staff and SECOND, discuss with staff in which specific areas need improvement.
This ELIMINATES the argument of, "where did you come up with that overall rating?"
This resource is all that any teacher or evaluator needs to learn and implement all of
Domain 2. I have included an example of only 2a, the entire document is available for purchase on my Teachers Pay Teachers site for only $7.50; a 26 page document, such a deal!
