My vision is to provide all educators and administrators the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to truly be DISTINGUISHED teachers as defined by the Charlotte Danielson Model of Evaluation. 

I have spent many years evaluating teachers, teaching evaluators, and providing extensive professional development. All teachers hope to reach that distinguished mark but often fall short because they missed providing evidence of meeting one attribute of one standard within one domain. It was impossible to see how the teacher works their magic in only the required evaluation observations. Teachers needed a bank of potential evidence, a deeper understanding of each element, and a way to truly demonstrate their magic!

I created systems and forms that teachers can easily utilize to create an overall Danielson portfolio that would demonstrate their skill in each and every attribute. Teachers ultimately understood the expectations and could choose how they demonstrated skill for each element. 

Additionally, I wanted a uniform way for administrators and evaluators to observe, rank and categorize teacher skill. It takes dedication and effort to truly dig deep into each attribute and understand how to fairly rate teachers.
