I am now conducting an on-line survey about ePortfolio, focusing on the Malaysian practices among educators and students. Feel free to take up the survey by clicking here. It won't take your valuable time too long.
Help me contributes to summary of responses. Thank you.
Tips:
What is ePortfolio?
ePortfolio is a page that the content is publicly available and can be search by simply using any search engine like Google and Yahoo.
The concept is similar like open access and blog, it just that it appears in more formal way as compared to blog; and ePortfolio system normally developed by the university and/or running from any open source platform.
The main different of ePortfolio and e-learning platform is all materials in e-learning has controlled access i.e. only the lecturer can access the student work, whereas ePortfolio is not.
Note: The Likert-type scale used in the survey form is inspired from Clemson International Institute for Tourism & Research Development
In Malaysian university, Taylor's University is promoting ePortfolio via its SHINE Award. In UKM as well, e-learning and lifelong learning is very much emphasised via its Dasar Pengajaran & Pembelajaran UKM 2016. This shows, among others the strong voice of UKM through its highest authority, when dealing with students learning experience. ePortfolio is very relevant to be implemented via Pendidikan Citra UKM.
