In 2015, MGBC organised the 2015 Malaysia University-Industry Green Building Collaboration (2015 MU-IGBC) Symposium, held at UPM on 20-21 Jan 2015. It has come out with Post Symposium Report, which includes green building research agenda. This can determined the future of green building research in Malaysia.
In Jun 2016, Solidiance has just recently published a new white paper titled The Top 10 Global Cities for Green Buildings. Kamaruzzaman et al. (2016) published about environmental assessment scheme for non-domestic buildings. It generally talks about the various Green tools available across the globe and how it impact Malaysia. It suggest 14-building assessment schemes.
