Our guest speaker is Barry Lyons.
Barry was born in Regina in 1953. Born three months prematurely, Barry was given a lot of oxygen to keep him alive. This treatment destroyed the optic nerves at the back of his eyes, which resulted in the loss of Barry’s sight.
Barry will talk about his life and work experiences, his hobbies andeducation, and how he came to know the Lord and became a member of FBC. He will share how visually impaired people manage their day to day life activities, and also how God has helped him throughout his life.
