Building Maintenance

When  a resident (including renters) feels they are capable of doing minor maintenance, this helps reduce the cost to maintain the enjoyment and safety of residents.  Examples include minor snow shovelling and salting the front steps when needed, picking up garbage left on the property, and identifying things that need to be done to keep our building the great place it is.
