The Board of Directors prepared our Rules booklet, as contemplated under Section 58 of the Condominium Act. It is intended to make owners and residents aware of the important rules about the way we operate.
The Unit Owner should provide this booklet to any renters, to assist their renters in understanding what is expected of all residents so that, together, we will all be proud of where we live and enjoy our association with each other.
