Garage Door

After you leave the garage, please take 10 seconds to watch the door close completely every time.  Start the door closing with your electronic door opener.

Cars standing in the driveway with engines on create harmful fumes for the first-floor residents and the garage.  So while you wait for the garage door to close, move your car onto the street to minimize the fumes entering the building.

If you see the garage door not closing properly, call our Property Manager or contact a board member to arrange for repair.
