DAYTIME

The Superintendent, Christopher Lozano, is on-duty during the day (8am-5pm) on Monday to Friday and half days every other weekend. He lives in Unit 205.  Chris can be reached on his cell phone at 416-833-3604 or by email at mtcc573@hotmail.ca 

If he is in the building he responds to BUILDING EMERGENCIES 24/7 and for this reason, unless it's a building emergency, please do NOT phone him outside his normal work hours; email can, of course, be sent 24/7.

When Chris is off-duty on a weekend and, for more limited hours, during his vacations we have a contractor (Jaime Zapata) available to ensure that necessary cleaning is done and emergencies are speedily responded to.  When he is on-duty Jaime can be reached on his cell phone at 416-831-2348.

EVENING, NIGHT AND WEEKEND EMERGENCY

If he is on-site, the Superintendent will respond to ALL building emergencies (including those after-hours.)   

As he screens calls when he is off duty, ALWAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE if there is no answer.
