Superintendent

Our Resident Superintendent, Christopher Lozano, is on duty Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and half days every other weekend. Chris and his family live in Unit 205.

If Chris is in the building, he responds to building emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

However, unless it is a building emergency, please do not phone him outside his normal working hours. 

Email may, of course, be sent at any time.

When Chris is off duty on weekends, and for limited periods during his vacations, our long-time contractor, Jaime Zapata provides backup services to ensure that necessary cleaning is completed and building emergencies are responded to promptly. When on duty, Jaime can be reached on his cell phone at 416-831-2348.

Evening, Night and Weekend Emergencies

If he is on site, the Superintendent will respond to all building emergencies, including those occurring outside his normal working hours.

If there is no answer, always leave a voicemail, as Chris screens calls when he is off duty.

If he is unavailable or does not return your call within 30 minutes, contact:
