Short Description:
Network emulation is a powerful method to assess the performance of networked services and the quality of multimedia services for changing network conditions. However, it may be dangerous to draw conclusions from the measurement results, as often a deep understanding of the netwokr emulator tool is required. On the example of VoIP service quality, we demonstrate issues when simulating jitter.
