Kim Sullivan

Crochet Artist

Kim Sullivan, our SAA featured artist for October, is a master at the complicated craft of crochet. Her interest and her beginning into it began at the early age of ten when her loving “Maw-Maw” (Effie Renfroe) taught Kim, her eager-to-learn granddaughter the tricks of the trade! Since that time, Kim has continued to perfect and to expand her incredible ability to make beauty with her talented hands and creative mind. She practices almost every night as she and her husband, Jeff, an equally gifted electrician, watch television. Always the multitasker!

Kim and her husband have two children: Kayla and Kyle , who, in turn, have Samantha, Kaitlin, and Kinsley (Kayla’s daughters) and Rhett and soon-to-be-born Bryson(Kyle’s sons),all of whom entertain and thrill their grandparents. Kim continues to display and to sell her beautiful wares. She also enjoys giving her intricate pieces as gifts to very fortunate recipients.

Kim is an active member of Sipsey Arts Alliance.
