Intra-City Travel

Objective

To ensure that employees can travel locally and between cities for business, comfortably, economically and are reimbursed for expenses incurred. 

Guidelines

Use of own vehicles for Intra City Travel  :

• Four Wheeler: Rs - per km. 

• Two wheeler: Rs - per k.m. 

• All other conveyance like auto taxi, etc. would be reimbursed on actual basis. 

• Distance would be calculated from company to client site. A short distance would be considered whether from company to client location or employee home to client location.

Use of rental cab service :

• All the rental cab rides should be booked through company authorized Ola app only, for which fare expenses will be paid through Ola money.
