This policy applies to all employees of Simulanis, whether working on-site, off-site, or remotely, and covers all working days. All employees are expected to maintain proper hygiene, a tidy appearance, and be well-groomed at all times. The dress code standards are as follows:
General Attire
Employees are expected to dress in business, business casual, smart casual, or casual attire, as per the rules and day allotment set by the organization.
Clothing must always be work-appropriate. Workout wear, sportswear, and outdoor activity clothing are not permitted.
Attire should reflect professionalism—revealing or inappropriate clothing is strongly discouraged.
Clothes must be clean, neat, and in good condition; discernible rips, tears, or holes are not acceptable.
Clothing with offensive, inappropriate, or distracting text or images is prohibited.
Footwear
Flip-flops, flashy athletic shoes, boots, loose footwear, and open-toed shoes are discouraged, unless prior permission is granted by a manager for health-related reasons.
Unacceptable Attire
Tattered jeans or shorts, patchwork jeans, inappropriate slacks, dressy capris, exercise pants, sweatpants, Bermuda shorts, sweat suits, see-through shirts or blouses, sports bras, tank tops, halter tops, mini-skirts, and beach dresses are not acceptable office wear.
Occasions & Casual Days
For special occasions, events, or client meetings, employees must follow specific dress code instructions, if provided.
On designated casual days (Fridays and working Saturdays), employees may dress in smart casual attire, adhering to departmental guidelines.
Deployment & Official Visits
Employees representing Simulanis during deployments or official visits are encouraged to wear company-issued T-shirts as part of their attire.
Religious Accommodations
In case of any conflict or request related to religious attire or accommodations, employees are encouraged to contact HR or management to ensure a fair and prompt resolution.
Western Attire
Male employees may wear Western business formals, which include a tailored business shirt with coordinating trousers and an optional suit jacket.
A properly ironed shirt paired with jeans may be worn on regular workdays, provided there are no important client meetings scheduled.
Indian Attire
Male employees may opt for Indian business formals on special occasions. This may include a well-fitted kurta with coordinating churidar or trousers, complemented by a waistcoat or blazer.
Necktie
A necktie is optional as part of Western business formals.
Footwear
Closed-toe leather shoes in black or brown are recommended. Footwear should be polished, clean, and well-maintained.
Accessories
Minimal, professional accessories are permitted. Employees should avoid excessive jewelry or distracting items.
Western Attire
Female employees may wear Western business formals, including a business suit with a suit jacket and coordinating trousers or a skirt.
Indian Attire
Female employees may opt for Indian business formals, such as a professional salwar kameez, saree, or formal dress, provided they adhere to business formal standards.
Blouse
For Western attire, a professional blouse or dress shirt is required.
For Indian attire, a coordinating blouse or kurta is recommended.
Footwear
Closed-toe pumps or dress shoes in neutral colors are preferred, whether paired with Western or Indian attire.
Accessories

It is the responsibility of each employee to comply with the dress code. HR and management reserve the right to address any violations, providing guidance or taking corrective action when necessary to ensure compliance with company standards.
Exceptions to the dress code may be permitted under the following circumstances:
