Fun Fact

This building is a LEED certified “green” building by the US Green Building Council – it received Gold certification (second highest) when it opened in 2009. It uses 34% less water and 38% less energy than buildings of its size, and it has used recycled building materials, energy-efficient heating, cooling, ventilation systems and water fixtures. The elevators run on vegetable oil!
